We want you to be fully satisfied with your Arduino hardware and kits. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Arduino account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all cables, accessories, and documentation to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware's integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
